Integrates the knowledge, skills, and specialty expertise gained throughout the MSN education tract core courses to culminate in a practice experience designed to advance in the role of a Nurse Educator. Working in collaboration with a Faculty Capstone Advisor and Preceptor, students formulate individualized learning objectives, engaging in applying theory to better understand the nurse educator’s role within the contexts of academia and staff development.
